Smokey Grilled Turkey with Bake Potato and Vege Salsa

This receipy has been created while I feel bored with rice. It's simple but yummy.
Basic ingredients must be fresh..turkey, vege, and herbs are fresh produce to maintain the freshness and the aroma of the food.

Continental cucumber was awesome for the salsa. Extra crunchy but less juicy. You can keep it longer in dressing but it will still crunchy.

The texture of the meat is similar to the beef and less fat as compared to the other commercial chicken in the market. The price maybe expensive but it good for a great dinner.
